These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Peek-a-Pop ("the Game"), published by GoGonz. By downloading or playing the Game you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game on a device you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or exploit the Game or its content except as permitted by law.
The Game shows advertising, including optional rewarded ads. Ad-removal purchases remove interstitial advertising only; optional rewarded ads remain available by design.
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use automation, tamper with the Game's data or network traffic, or interfere with other players or our services. We may suspend or terminate access, and void associated virtual items, where these Terms are violated.
The Game requires an internet connection. We aim to keep the Game available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may update, suspend, or discontinue the Game (in whole or in part) at any time.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoGonz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data the Game collects and how it is used.
We may update these Terms; the date above reflects the current version. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
